CJ Management Consulting & Interim Solutions, always the right address!
I am pleased to welcome you!
Are you looking for an interim manager in the area of COO, plant or production management? Do you want to optimise your processes and procedures or reduce your costs? Do you need support in the implementation of new business processes, lean production and development of your managers? Do you want to reposition your company for current and future challenges? Then I look forward to hearing from you! I will gladly support you on this way!
As Dipl.- Ing. (FH) Production Engineering with metalworker training and with more than 20 years of broad-based management experience in various companies of different sizes, from small medium-sized businesses to large corporations and various industries, I offer you solutions for all aspects of production, quickly and competently.
Vacancies are bridged by me as well as restructuring and change processes are carried out and advanced. The main focus is on lean production, internal logistics, value stream, production control and process optimisation. The quick familiarization with a task, leadership, team building and integration of the persons concerned play a central role for me. Especially helpful for the implementation of change processes with quick results are, besides my extensive experience as a manager, experience with private equity, transfers of businesses according to §613A and further training in the field of business psychology.
Change processes often cause uncertainty among the employees concerned, which in turn hinders the change process and impairs their performance. Depending on the degree of difficulty of the task, assessment expectations (fear) worsen the desired result. Conflicts are often the result; I can counteract this in a trained manner and achieve good results for you as a client even under difficult conditions.
Interim Managment
Priorities: COO | plant management | production management
The market for interim management is currently growing significantly every year. The background is the increasing demand due to strongly changing markets, but also the lack of specialists and executives. Furthermore, interim management is an interesting alternative to permanent employment. Short-term availability and full flexibility are, in addition to the extensive experience of most interim managers, the main advantages of interim management.
Strengthening and development of management
Priorities: Coaching | Training
In the course of my practical work, I was always faced with difficult challenges. Changing tasks in different companies, business takeovers and far-reaching changes demanded new approaches and procedures from me. Rapidly changing conditions demand a high degree of flexibility and willingness to change from managers and employees.
Management Consulting
Priorities: restructuring | change management
In order to be successful in the long run, constant changes are inevitable. Restructuring and change management is therefore increasingly common and necessary for all companies. Not only the technology and processes must be questioned, but also the managers and employees in your company play a decisive role.
Lean Production
Priorities: Concept | Coaching
Lean has many faces. Everyone understands something different. New buzzwords appear on the market almost daily. Lean often becomes complicated and incomprehensible and loses its connection to practice. Often it is old wine in new wineskins and the reference to the result is missing. Lean degenerates into an end in itself. Failed attempts to introduce it do the rest.

Why employee involvement is not “social romanticism”!
In an age in which more and more tasks are being taken over by artificial intelligence, a cooperative management style or the manager as coach and service provider is becoming increasingly important. Even though robots now recognize emotions and try to recreate...
