Chairman of the advisory board
In my role as Chairman of the Advisory Board of ………….. GmbH in …………, I recommended the appointment of Mr. Carsten Jordan as interim plant manager for the period from July 15, 2024, to August 8, 2025, from a selection of potential candidates.
Mr. Jordan brings with him a broad range of knowledge that has been successfully tested in practice from his various professional positions, which was a perfect fit for our situation. Mr. Jordan was entrusted with the difficult task of restructuring the supply chain consisting of purchasing, production, and logistics. The constraints were historically very challenging.
Mr. Jordan excelled at empowering employees and leading teams back to independence despite high turnover. During his assignment, Mr. Jordan stabilized the company with processes and communication skills beyond plant management, significantly relieving the management team of the burden of project fulfillment in front of the customer.
Mr. Jordan always reported openly and straightforwardly, so that both the management and the advisory board were always in a position to assess the company's situation very well.
