"Mr. Jordan was assigned as project manager for a site closure and corresponding product relocation from 01.01. to 30.06.2022. Mr. Jordan addressed the initial difficulties very quickly and in a structured manner and involved his colleagues in the processes in a motivated manner. Additional challenges, such as the localization of products to a sister plant in China, were implemented both confidently and professionally. I would like to emphasize the very good way in which colleagues who had to leave the company were dealt with. This approach ensured a great deal of understanding and calm in the process. Mr. Jordan also contributed his expertise in the area of production optimization to the realignment of the production lines.
